Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
​All orders are handmade, and most are made to order. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order processing before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
During sales, launches, or holidays processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hour's for tracking details to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Kullure Beauty and Body is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Orders returned due to address errors will require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Lost stolen or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Kullure Beauty and Body is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly
Refund Policy
Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kullurebeautyandbody.com with:
-Your order number
-Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will review your claim and work towards a resolution
Local Pickup Policy
Local pickup is available for customers in Henry County, GA by appointment only.

Pickup is offered during daylight hours.

Local pickup is available:
Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 4 PM EST
Saturday: 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM EST
Sundays & Holidays: Not available

Order Processing for Pickup
Orders selected for pickup may take 2-4 days for processing.
You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pickup along with the location and you can schedule a time.

Pickup Window​
​
Once notified that your order is ready, it must be picked up within 5 business days.
Orders not picked up withing this timeframe may be cancelled and subject to a restocking or refund minus processing fees.

Customers may be required to provide:

Valid photo ID
The name on the order must match the person picking up the order
